A Taste of Canada is a registered trademark

In 1976 I coined and trademarked  the phrase ” A Taste of Canada “. initially I used the phrase for themed banquet affairs serving thousands of guests. I recently expanded the Trademark to include the following:

broadcasting and entertainment services for a television show, promoting an interest in Canadian food and cuisine to consumers through provision of catering/banquet and restaurant services, recipe books, beer, wine, distilled spirits, coffee, tea, bottled water, etc.
